Question for this posting -- Cory Doctorow suggests giving away free versions of one's book, in PDF format, what do you think? -- vs. Ebook/Kindle/Ipad, and paper versions... all requiring payment. 

We consider the environmental impacts of publishing, and are firmly committed to a green approach, and so plan to engage in POD -- using Createspace and other publishers who print on demand.
